Suzi is incredible! Over the moon with my hair and have been receiving so many compliments. She really listens and gives personalised style and colouring advice. The whole experience from beginning to end has exceeded all expectations.

The atmosphere and services are always a high standard at this salon externally and internally. I have previously been with both Nikki and Rob on different dates (as I’m very open to my booking and put trust into anyone who takes me on as a client) whether it was for a cut or colour as I get shocking regrowth and very dry ends always leaving them to be creative with the styling. Everyone here is very accomodating to your needs as a client both food, beverage and hair-wise. The end of service I always leave feeling more confident (feeling myself and my hair) and booked in for my next appointment. I immensely recommend the stylists who work here as they cater to a broad range of people and will do your hair the justice it deserves.

Absolutely love it here! Everyone is so friendly and obviously live their jobs! Miracles have been made with my hair by Nikki and Suzy. Both such friendly people and amazingly gifted. I have no fear about how my hair is going to looks when I walk out of the salon, my choices are getting bolder each time!

Curly girlies: ask for Katee as she GETS your hair. My hair is stress-free since she started cutting it. This is my favourite salon of all time.

Just got my hair coloured, cut and styled by Mark. Service was beyond beautiful, thank you to everyone there that was so lovely and informative!! I’m so grateful and happy with the result, couldn’t recommend them enough!!!

I had the best experience at Mr. Burrows in Newtown. I got the exact haircut I wanted. I had Mark (I think so sorry I'm awful at remembering names but they were lovely and British).The colour was amazing and the cut was perfect. They have complimentary drinks and cheese boards which was such a nice touch. The team were so friendly and efficient. I never had to wait around between steps and the whole experience was excellent. Definitely the best hairdresser I've been to!

First time at Mr Burrows Newtown and it was a really warm atmosphere and the customer service A1 but most importantly I walked out so happy with my cut & colour by Suzy (which is rare for me to be 100% happy). The colour she suggested for my hair turned out perfect and weeks later I just keep loving it more. Have definitely found my new place!

I only just recently had my hair cut (pixie) short from shoulder length hair. I was not happy with the cut from the first hair salon and was looking for another stylist. I came across the raving review for Luke of Mr Burrows Newtown and made an appointment. After all, it could not be worse then my original cut. And what a change it was. I am so happy with Luke's cut. Above all, he listened to what I wanted and delivered. He uses techniques that instantly tell you that he is interested in what he does.
