This is such an amazing store. Has many levels full of everything you could ever possibly need.The overall layout and design of the store is really quite impressive and definitely is worth stopping in, to at least have a look around.The staff are very friendly and are more than willing to assist you with any questions or queries that you may have.There is plenty of stock so you are guaranteed to discover what it is that you set out to find.I was really impressed with this store and will be returning again in the future.

Bought a beautiful pair of pants at this store today however they were missing a button! Michaela the sales clerk who served me, accommodated me with this issue and demonstrated amazing customer service. Five stars.

What amazed me is how the shelves and displays had been maintained well organised all the time, either Xmas eve, before and after Boxing days.

The secret to this place is that little cafe under the escalators. Good quality coffee but cakes and desserts are a bit lacking. Probably has the most cleanest toilet in the centre. Staff members are non-existent in a way - they're always somewhere else with no one manning the counter. Overall not a bad place.

Posting on behalf of my partner.Had a very pleasant shopping experience today at the Glen store.I was looking for shape-wear and was served by a lady named Mona who had a lot of knowledge on a range of products and very helpful.She was also very patient with finding the right size for me and gave me a lot of options. I am very grateful for her service.The only downside was that the glen did not stock a full range of the skims, but Mona did point me in the right direction of the stores that did.

Very poor customer service, no respect, they issue david jones gift card which was not working and it took 1 hour with more than 5 transactions very disappointing

Really disappointed in our experience today and David Jones, the glen. Whilst we did meet an every helpful sales assistant in appliances, we were extremely frustrated by the lack of efficiency in trying to purchase our items. In order to active the spend and save offer we had to visit 4 different registers and then still had to explain to the sales associate the offer that was advertised around the store! For the number the staff the customer service was atrocious. Despite browsing in women wear for a lengthy amount of time we weren’t asked if we needed assistance or acknowledge once as the 3 sale assistant’s were busy chatting about their christmas plans. It would be easier to shop online given the lack of assistance offered by the brand representatives.Just book a workshop on customer service! It’s not hard!
