Sabrina was lovely to talk to. She was very patient and understanding. She also has a pleasant sounding voice and was very attentive.

We have found the advice and resulting cover very suited to our purpose, Emma is very in-tune with rural cover including livestock.

We would like to thank Emma from Momenta Insurance for her fabulous customer service. We have been unlucky in recent times to have to put 3 separate claims in for cars in a short space of time. Every time I have emailed or spoken to Emma she has provided information not only accurately but in a way that left us in no doubt of what was happening and the processes involved. She has made a difficult situation so much easier to deal with. While we hope not to have to put any claims in in the near future, we feel reassured that if we do we are definitely in good hands.
