I been to many Scanlan Theodore boutiques and I really enjoyed the service with Bella in South Yarra. I served by her yesterday, tried many items but didn't purchase anything. She was very understandable and said to me “its ok you can think about it.”Today I went back, still tried many items. She was always tried to find me a piece that can go with the item Im trying or sizes that I need. And in the end, I purchased the trouser I tried yesterday.As a front line customer service. I like her attitude as either I buy or not buying, she remain professional and top customer service!Thanks so much Bella! The most enjoyable shopping experience at Scanlan Theodore.

Very kind and patient on handling my online order for exchange. Having been visiting more than three times, always feel welcomed and respected, enjoy their services, profession and great aesthetic.

Decided to buy a dress for my wife. It only came in 2 sizes. After bringing it home, the smallest size was still too large for her frame so only 3 hours later I returned it back. They would not give me a refund! And then they proceeded to try to gaslight me by saying they told me there is no refunds on purchases. Which they did NOT! Furthermore their receipt says nothing about refunds unless it's for change of mind, which this clearly is not. Poor form. Not shopping there again

Appalling service. Would expect more from such a high class brand especially when walking in prepared to spend. Disposable masks should be provided in store when no longer required outdoors. Shout out to Sophie, get off your high horse. First day back and staff still need to be brought back down to earth.

Purchased items over the phone and then to receive them both faulty. I contacted customer care and they were very helpful. I was told to go into store and they would be able to process the refund.I was then directed to the store manager when going into the Scanlan Theodore South Yarra boutique who is extremely rude and arrogant. She mentioned that they would never send out faulty items and was implying that I created the fault. Also then saying she wasn’t sure why I had contacted customer service. You’d think customer service is there for a reason and then to make it out as if I had done something wrong for contacting them is humorous.She was extremely ignorant and impolite, which was very surprising because I have been to a few different Scanlan Theodore stores and have never had this experience before, the girls at other stores are beautiful to deal with. She needs to learn customer service skills as it is such a shame that such a good brand has people like her as a representation of their brand.After reading some of the other reviews seems like it is an ongoing issue with the same person. Will never be visiting the South Yarra boutique again that’s for sure.

Was in the store for 10 minutes and not once asked if I needed help. However, 2 other ladies walked in and were attended to straight away. Is my money not good enough for your store??By the looks of your reviews, it seems that this store has had issues with their customer service".Not sure who the sales assistants think they are looking down on

Scanlan is a trap, and the lady who claimed to be the store manager at the South Yarra boutique is extremely rude. I bought a few items three days ago and just got an email stating a further 20% discount. I went to the store and asked what they could do for me because this is very frustrating, especially since the clothes were purchased three days ago and the staff did not mention that no refunds were available for sales items at the time of purchase.The store manager said to me When you walk into the store, you acknowledge the company policies, and the No Refund Policy is written on your receipt.This is a joke, before entering a boutique, who will read your company policies? It is normal practice for the staff to inform you of any refund policy at the time of checkout. Her receipt point was ridiculous. What's the point of printing on the receipt if I've already purchased the item? Customer service is horrible.

Emily at the South Yarra boutique is absolutely incredible. Knows her stock, extremely attentive, friendly, welcoming, great at sourcing other pieces/sizes from other stores wherever needed... I could go on. My friend and I were shopping for wedding attire all day and hadn't received service like this anywhere else. Can highly recommend heading here - thanks so much, Scanlan team!

The South Yarra boutique is certainly not out to win customers and generate business. Thank goodness for Scanlon and Theodore there are other outlets with welcoming and professional employees.
