Poor experience. I0 minute rushed pedicure- not thorough or attentive. Acrylic nails with extensions rushed and poor job. First visit and certainly the last. Not a pleasant experience for a first time customer.

Had Mani & Pedi both meant to be with Shellac.Mani they did not do Shellac even after asking twice, nail lengths all different.Pedi with Shella, two toes have skin around the nail that has been cut and now red and sore.Overpriced for the server performed.

i asked for french tips and they gave me french tips but white was taking up basically the whole nail. i hated the way they did french tips. the staff are very polite but not very good nail art and asking for simple stuff i thought they could do that but apparently not. i’m very disappointed and will be getting a refund

Perfect even shape on both hands, she helped me pick a gorgeous colour for my nails that I’ve never tried before and I’ve never been so pleased, she took her time making sure they were smoothie and well rounded. Having kind conversation with the lovely people who work there, im very happy with my experience :))

I am considering soaking and removing my new acrylic set because they are so bad that I’m embarrassed to have them on.I voiced my concerns while they were still doing my nails but they just kept making excuses.I showed them a photo of what I wanted and they said it’d be easy, “no worries”.Half way through painting I was told my nails would cost $75 instead of $60 (as per the price list). “Okay” I said.They were clearly rushing, trying to get the next customer in. I noticed my nails weren’t looking very good so I asked if they could fix them. They looked annoyed when I asked and pretended not to see the mistakes I was seeing. They said my nails look like this (bulky & crooked) because the pattern I chose has layered nail polish. They said they could do it so I don’t understand why they look so bad.I was sick of arguing so I paid and left feeling very disappointed and ripped off. What a waste of money.

Absolutely awful experience here today. A lady with long dark hair with pink colour through it served me.She was extremely rude and did not speak for the entire service. On top of this the job she did on my acrylics was atrocious, extremely rough and painful application.The lengths are all different, the shape is awful and different on each nail and they are sticking up into the air.Would never go back here and recommended you don’t either. Absolutely appalled and for $65 I couldn’t believe the terrible job they did.On top of this eftpos machine was “out of order” and asked me to PAYID the nails? Extremely unprofessional and seems a bit dodgey in my opinion.

Very nice staff. Listened to both my friend and my own requests. Filed a little close to my finger but other than that all was well. Always asked if the cut was right or if I wanted it finer and just great overral.

Came here for a walk in appointment for manicure with normal polish. Pretty straightforward but very happy with service and colour, was good for the price. Wanted to share a positive experience.

I travel over a hour each way, just to get my nails done professionally by these lady’s. Highly recommended

Rude, rushed and dont listen to what you want. Mistakes made. Not paying attention to detail.Dark red pallete of nail shades was no longer available which I usually choose and when I asked where it was she didn't know what I was talking about so I had to choose a completelydifferent colour. Wanted oval shape and they filed with a point. Had to ask them to file down the point. One tip was crooked so asked them to fix it, she wasnt happy as she had to pull it off and put another one on. Two nails are pointing up too far but too late to fix. I took nail stickers and foils to appointment and when I asked to put on my nail stickers she told me she can't but they had put them on several times before so I gave up and told her just to put on the foils. She put on the foils but didnt do it correctly and didnt cover the whole nail. Looks unprofessional and had to redo them myself. Charged me extra $15 from normal price of full set. And once again they're eftpos machine wasn't working....funny that, happens quite often. So off go again to the ATM near Walkers Donuts and pull out cash for a fee of $2.50. Absolutely frustrating. I'm going elsewhere. Had enough of their poor service.
