I recently worked with Jessica, Jade, and Sheree from Luton Properties Gungahlin to manage the end-of-lease and re-let process for my investment property. I have been extremely impressed by the professionalism, communication skills, and customer service of the entire team.Throughout the shortlisting, tenant selection, and reference check process, the team provided timely updates and responses. I appreciate their hard work and dedication to ensuring a smooth transition.Sheree, my Property Manager, has been doing an excellent job looking after my property. She is my first point of contact for handling the rental affairs, always sharing good advice and managing the maintenance in an efficient and effective way. I feel confident that my property is in good hands. Additionally, whenever there is an issue with my property, Sheree is quick to address it and come up with a solution. They are problem-solvers who always have my best interests in mind.

An ADF family, we have lived in a rental property managed by Luton Properties for 4.5 years. During that time we have received excellent service. Notable behaviours are - realising that for renters this is HOME. Although agents work for the house owner Luton were very sensitive on this point. They were also discrete and persuasive with a reluctant landlord when items needed repair or replacement, and kept us well informed. Additionally, they were very flexible with inspections when we weren’t able to be home on dates allocated, which was so helpful to us. The icing on the cake of this Luton Properties office is Kaitlyn Taylor. With superb comms and a can do attitude, she seemed to be always available, empathetic, helpful and keen to make any experience one where you really felt cared for. I would highly recommend Luton Properties to anyone looking to rent in the area. The service has been exceptional. Thank you!

My partner and I were very lucky to meet Pete and Joanna from Luton Properties Gungahlin when buying our first property together earlier this year. They were extremely helpful, patient and friendly. It felt like they were on our side (buyer's side) and wanted the best for us, which doesn't happen too often! Would definitely go with them again if we needed an agent in the future.

we renting in a property which they have to sell. they keep coming in that property always with a very short notice 3 or 4 time in a week and they want us to get out from that property to show the house to buyers while we are paying rent and lease holder of next 6 month but i think they dont have manner that’s why they keep disturbing us again and again. we don’t gonna stay more in this house but they don’t understand that they can open this house after that.please someone teach them the lesson of doing business without disturbing tenants.thanks

I have been renting with Luton since 2019, have gone through several property managers.The latest issue is they cannot sort out any of their accounting errors, for the last month I have been getting text messages saying rent hasn’t been paid when it has and no one seems to able to fix the problem and they don’t return calls.It is so frustrating

My property manager Kaitlyn Taylor is amazing! She’s definitely one of the best and has treated us with nothing but respect and kindness. Kaitlyn & the owners of our apartment made our move in very comfortable & has been accommodating since. Could not recommend Kaitlyn enough.

I am writing this review purely to share my experience with Luton Gungahlin. I sold my property today with Alysia and I had the most satisfying experience with her and Luton. She is the most professional and capable agent I have ever met. She brought a report every week to show me what happened during the inspections. She is very punctual and organised with all appointments and inspections (never late). She is great with communication(emails, phone calls, text messages). She gave a fast, honest and sincere feedback every time when I asked question, and the most important thing is that she sold my house in a very satisfying price.Again, thank you very much Alysia. It was lovely to work with you and have you as my agent. I wish you the best luck!

Worst property Manager- Baljeet Kaur. She will give you property without even inspection and then will not reply, and take care of property. My bathroom door handle is broken, toilet seat lid is broken and many other small issues. I have put it in maintenance log but no response from last at least 3 months. DO NOT RENT anything from her. Her way if talking is tooo rude when you ask for something. SHE has the capacity to RUIN your day.
