On the 22nd of July, 2021 – Gladesville Towing & Haulage picked up my vehicle from my mechanic following an expensive engine rebuild, to deliver it 15km to my address.Enroute the driver took the vehicle to the right street address but wrong suburb, where the vehicle struck an overhead tree.The resulting damage was extensive, ripping off solar panels, breaking the roof fan, rear brake light and camera, and leaving the entire roof completely crumpled, both externally and to the interior fit out.The tow truck company refused processing their own insurance claim or providing an apparent councils contact who assumedly acknowledged it was the council fault.As of today (10/11/21), my own insurance has approved the repairs and will be chasing them up for damages. My vehicle which has cost over $65,000 has been off the road sitting at a panel beater awaiting repairs for nearly 4 months due to their inability to recognize the incident as undoubtedly their fault.If you care at all for whatever you are getting towed, I highly recommend you reconsider this company.
