He was the only mechanic (I spoke to a few) that was honest and told me I don't need spark plug replacement for another 40,000k'sAnd his price for my service was very good compared to the other quotes I had received.

This place sent my radiator off to someone else as they said they couldn't do the work because it was out of an early model Holden and yet they had done work for me before hand on site while I waited but now are sending them out to get repaired which I wouldn't call repaired as when it was fitted back in the leak was worse then before, took it back to them and told me it wasn't their problem as they hadn't worked on it but took my money when I picked it up for the repairs and have the nerve to tell me it's not their problem, all I can say to this is that they are a bunch of crooks and will never send any work their way, so beware if you have an early Ford, Holden, Chrysler,Toyota, Datsun etc spend the extra and take it to a decent Radiator Repairer like C and C Radiators in Kent Town as the guy there gives warranty and does great work.

Absolutely brilliant. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Changed my radiator, service and changed all my hose clamps. Worked an hour past closing to get it done as he did it properly. The thermostat was changed which too most the time but couldn't be happier with the price, service and workmanship.

Took my car in after a wheel shop said the bushings were shot. Mark inspected the car and with his knowledge found the car was in great condition and nothing needed to be done. Very honest business, didn't try to sell any repairs that weren't needed. Has made a long term customer out of me.

Denice and Mark are solid when it comes to servicing and repairs. They were the first people to take me seriously and treat me like a human being when it came to repairing my first car. I have since purchased a brand new car and will only ever take it to them for servicing.

Highly recommended. Family run business that really look after their customers. I've been going here for a few years now with all my families vehicles. Mark is a great mechanic, honest & wont rip you off.

After being with old mechanic for over 10 years I decided to try S A & R and I find he's an honest man was friendly. Gave me time to answer my questions, so I'll be back. I rang a couple others in the street and they came off a little rude. Reasonably priced and I like to support the smaller businesses as the bigger ones usually rip you off. Anyway that's my 2 cents

Wanted 400+ dollars for a quote to change a lightbulb on the breaks.... Guy ended up coming out to look at it and was rude and dismissive of what I was saying. Would strer clear of this place they are a joke.
