Used these guys a few times... All great until it comes to honouring their installation. In short these guys installed a system and the joint flange were not done correctly and leaked very slowly over a few years leaking the gas.... Its a workmanship issue and when I called to get it fixed they declined to cover it because I did not opt to have them come out and service" the system every year.What a load of rubbish

3rd time in two years that something is wrong with our ducted system. First piping in the roof was taped and broke away and flooded our roof. 2nd switchboard not working and fixing delayed and i had to chase up. Now third time I've gone to use it today for the first time since summer and power won't turn on. NOT Happy

I called T&L Air conditioning for a quote on Friday and they arrived early Saturday morning. They spent 90 minutes answering my million question in a clear and professional manner. The quote was returned to me that afternoon. I then had more questions which I contacted them on Sunday and they called me straight back. I decided to go ahead and the job was done professionally and quickly. Their suggestion on moving the main unit was smart and completed without an issue. They cleaned up everyday leaving the site clean and tidy. I would recommend T&L Air Conditioning without hesitation. Thanks Lads, I really appreciate your efforts.
