Clinpath Pathology Happy Valley
Not sure what the purpose of the ‘take a number’ system is when l waited 30 minutes just for an older ‘gentleman’ to waltz in and go straight through even though he had a number after mine. On the plus side the Phlebotomist did an excellent job of taking blood but no apologies made of my extended wait.

I have awful veins, and usually after several failed attempts, I get sent to another collection place. But bloods taken first go!!!! And no huge mess of a bruise after :)
