When I ordered a printer from AGM the Manager confirmed the purchase included installation. When I called back the next day to confirm the price, delivery and installation, his staff also confirmed the purchase price included free installation of the printer.However, when the technician delivered the printer I expected him to install it as promised. But he didn’t. When I asked him he said his boss had told him not to.I was not only surprised but disappointed as the company did not comply with their promised offer.The technician left without installing the printer.The next day I received a separate bill for installation. When I called to ask the Manager why I was promised free installation (as part of the purchase), his answer was “I can’t remember what I told you” which seemed to be an excuse for a cop out. I also reminded him his staff had also repeatedly confirmed installation was free. He did not respond to that.Having dealt with AGM for a few days, I was very disappointed with their service and could not rely on them so I returned the printer.

Amazing service. I wouldn't buy a printer from anyone else.
