In all honesty they don’t even deserve a star, I sat on the phone for about 45 mins to them and all I wanted to do was do a manual configuration on my modem but no for 45 minutes the lady was telling there was nothing they could do over the phone and they weren’t qualified to do that and to call the modem manufacturer, which I did and they weren’t any help cause the number basically didn’t even dial so I decided to call my previous provider and explained everything to him and he told me that my new provider is meant to help me set it up and what not and so I called iPrimus again and I got the exact same lady as earlier and another 35 minutes on the phone, when it got to the point where I hung up on her and then she rang back and tried to explain the situation AGAIN… Like hello you should have just told me from the start that you’d couldn’t help me…….SUCH A WATSE OF TIME!!!!I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROVIDER…..

I wish I could give less than one star. For the majority of the time I had internet with them the services didn’t work. After I cancelled they kept taking money out.This company is almost just a well run scam as I can’t think of any other service that outsources all their calls to India with services only working about half the time that costs just as much as much better companies. I would never ever be stupid enough to sign up with them again.

Horrible customer service, full of lies and false promisesClaimed a $50 signup bonus for signing up through Facebook which was never applied in 2 bills, was told by multiple customer service reps to disregard and that it would be credited to my account - which never happenedFound it also bundled into my 2nd bill, along with a late payment fee of $5 and the $10 off for 6months for new customers - was told this would be applied from the 2nd bill, which also didn't happenFirst enquiry about the $50 off - was told 'the manager was on leave so it wasn't applied, but would be credited to my account'A week later, still outstanding credit and being chased and harassed for not paying it after being told to disregard it because it would be credited to my accountAnother week later, still outstanding and found it rolled into my 2nd bill as mentionedTold again it would be credited to my account and not to worryStill getting harassed about outstanding balance, called and said I will be cancelling and they still attempted to get me to pay the whole lot, told them that would not be happening and if they wanted their rubbish modem back that they will be sending me a return slip for it as I refuse to give them another cent of my money

Was a customer for more than 20 years but the customer service has got so bad that it’s impossible to remain with them.
