Having completed several residential property developments, I wouldn't go anywhere else than iCheck for my building permits and inspections. Writing this review to express my thanks to Jim and his team. The construction of a neighbouring property uncovered a few issues with my property that was also a recent build with a separate builder. Icheck were employed as the surveyor for the neighbouring property.Even though I am not a customer of Icheck myself, Jim was very considerate and caring of the issues we were facing with the quality of our build. He was able to advise of what he believed to be the building flaws with my property and provided guidance as to how to approach the issue with my builder. He ensured to explain building matters in terms that were easy to understand and was very patient.This advice was crucial in getting my issue resolved and I am very grateful for the expertise and helpful nature of Jim. The team at iCheck are great to work with as they can get you a Building Permit issued in a short period of time. They help you throughout every aspect of the Building Permit process guiding you through Building Code and Council requirements. We use iCheck for all our Residential (including bushfire zones) and Commercial projects knowing that we are at all times compliant and that our buildings meet and exceed regulation and code requirements. The entire iCheck team are always at hand to answer any questions we may have on the building regulations and we feel safe in knowing that we deliver a compliant product to the end client.

So Grateful for their positive attitude and willingness to help get an issue sorted!!! We demolished our property and iCheck was hired by the demo company to provide the permit and completion certificate. The demo company didn't do what they were meant to do, but with the help of iCheck, we were able to get it resolved without taking legal action. THANKS AGAIN iCHECK!
