Sent script ahead electronically and asked to be filled.. Waited 30 mins for someone to put a label on a bottle!!!! Terrible service. No apology for the long wait

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and I won't be back!!! We have just moved to the area and I had 2 issues and asked for help at the counter from a young lady... an old lady who works there on the other side of the counter (my side) barked at her that the manager would have to help and then barked at her to do it herself and she would watch the counter while she dusted even though there was a large queue behind me... I am thinking that maybe the manager is a franchise owner as she was not interested in helping me at all... basically she said you didn't buy that from me so I can't help... she was even less interested when I said I bought them at another Chemist Warehouse but didn't have the receipt... who keeps every receipt these days? One item was older and had snapped and the other one was not working as soon as I opened it however could not find the receipt... I think my partner had tidied up and tossed it... we will not be going back here and will find another Chemist Warehouse elsewhere... I suggest you do the same!

All the staff here are so helpfull! Especially Jonathon the pharmacist. He is so thorough, compassionate and goes out of his way to help with all the prescription. Definitely 5 stars!

Excellent service and most staff know me by name. Nothing is too much of a hassle, especially with my prescriptions. Prices on all of their other products are reasonable.

I have been a regular person collecting my script from this chemist three out of four months. However when there was an issue with my virtual script, which was of the doctors making, not mine. And the chemist could see on there system the script still had one to use, it still wasn’t good enough for me to attain an emergency amount of my regular medication. Which if not taken leads to side effects such as headaches, faintness, fatigue etc. so I had to wait five hours for the doctors to open, have an app on the weekend costing me $50 I don’t have. They say mental health has no stigma. I felt otherwise today because of Chemist Warehouse Wynnum. I spent the morning anxious, thinking of I didn’t have a mental health challenge I wouldn’t be in this position. I wouldn’t need a chemical rebalance in my brain by medication.

Very kind and friendly staff, no waiting around for ages. Overall a really good pharmacy and i couldn’t recommend it enough. The prices are the best aswell

It is a very good chemist to go to , has a lot of products you need from a chemist, the staff are great and knowledgeable about the products and the chemist themselves are really great and will help you out with no problems at all.

Jonathan the Chemist at Wynnum was so helpful and caring. I had issues with my prescriptions and he willingly called my GP and then called me back to confirm. Great service and I appreciate his kindness.
