Bought my daughter's first car from Rocky at Trade Inn Motors. He was very helpful, upfront and even worked on a bit of a discount to get me closer to my intended budget. When we took the vehicle for a test drive and I had concerns about a noise he was straight on top of it and knew what the issue was. The mechanic took care of it and nothing was too much effort. While waiting for vehicle had the chance to talk to some of the guys coming in and out of the office and everyone was friendly . Here is to many happy miles for my daughter - thanks Rocky!

Bought a car probably 3 months ago, had it in to my local mechanic after having it for a week to do a service and he doesn't know how it passed a roadworthy, roadworthy said 85% tread and they are bald and slick ! Lower ball joints completely stuffed diff bushes are completely chewed out and that's not even the half of it also has a diesel Leak which after paying $10,000 for a car for a single mother of 3 kids 2 which have some serious health issues and have no more money to put into this I've now purchased a car I can not drive. And it's under finance so can't even sell it to get more finance to get a reliable car. Waiting for compliance people to get back in contact with me to find out who does there roadworthys and I'd say he will no longer have a roadworthy licence. Nice car and is completely comfy just mechanical issues that shouldn't have passed a roadworthy the way it is. WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN.

Am currently financing my car from them, absolutely disgusted and disappointed. Nothing but issues with my car, and when asked if I could exchange for another of equal price I was refused even after going to the department of transport and the ombudsman. They “fixed” my car then 2 weeks later my car is leaking oil real bad. Have spent more on fixing the car than what I’m paying off. Never again will I go through Trade inn motors!!!!

Hi my name is Richard I have taken over the existing business of trade in motors and started a totally new and fresh environment of selling secondhand cars. I have been reading some of the reviews and the replies. Now all the replies has come from a party that has hacked this account and all details have been forwarded to the police. .So I apologise to all people that have read the replies because they did not come from the existing business. Bought a car from there it was dodgy had major oil leaks and engine mounts sagging and hole lot of other stuff and got into a car accident cuz the tyres were bald only had the car for a week and it was ruined and all they could say was “sorry”

These guys aren't worth a 0 Star. Made a quick buck off me and my husband, Just don't go here. If you want honest helpful car sales man dont go here. Our car we bought lasted 3 weeks.

This place has found a way to hide the problems in the vehicles they sell. It works for 2 days then starts going wrong. See all the review's it's a pattern. We bought a van and also 2 days later broke down , we bought a mechanic that placed it on his machine and was showing nothing was wrong even though it wasn't even turning on so he had to manually work on it for hours to find out the problem and it was a big one . He told us this was prior and was covered in a way to be drivable for a while . They are scammers that cover behind this so call business. They have broken many families. Can change their name but cant change everything else. You hear about dodgy car sales all the time but dont believe it till its happened to you. Want my advice? AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!We bought our lemon after being told there was nothing wrong with it. Multiplenissues later. Multiple visits to them. Were washing our hands of you"Just waiting for it to die basically. What a nightmare. And all because we trusted their word."

Purchased a car today for our daughter, the whole experience was excellent! Peter was great and an absolute pleasure to do business with. Yes I ignored the bad reviews and went there myself to check it out, my wife and I were certainly NOT disappointed. If you see a car you like I recommend a visit!

Not only they are scammers but thief!!!Had bought a car with RWC and warranty; of course it's dodgy and falling apart. The mechanic I use describe it as straight from wreckers".Asked them to fix
