I've been training with David for over two years now. He's very knowledgeable and has been amazing at helping me train despite some pre-existing injuries. In the two years I've trained with him I've lost weight, gained muscle but he also taught me a lot about form and technique which other PTs in the past neglected. Absolute legend!

David is really great at pointing out the correct exercise technique to get the most benefit. He’s made me realise that the integrity of the movement is far more important than the weight or number of repetitions. He makes his training sessions fun too and mixes things up which helps you almost forget how hard you’re working. Highly recommended for anyone looking to either start an exercise routine or take their current exercise routine to the next level.

I've been training with Dave for appx 2 years now.He is very knowledgeable and has helped improve my pre-existing injuries.During lockdown, Dave has been able to adapt PT to online and to outdoor sessions.Dave is motivating and makes training fun!I would HIGHLY recommend :)

Highly recommend David if you're looking for a highly-skilled personal trainer in Abbotsford.Out of all the personal trainers I've trained under, no-one has addressed my weaknesses like David has. Dave is a great trainer with loads of knowledge about strength and nutrition. He listens carefully to what I want to work on and knows when to push and when I need to go a bit more gently. I like the way he checks in every few weeks about where I'm at with my goals. I also enjoy the way he mixes up the sessions and the variety of exercises he offers. Thanks Dave!

I've been training with Dave for about a year. He was able to easily identify where my weaknesses were and create a plan to work on these to help me achieve my goal of getting stronger. Since training with Dave I have been able to increase my strength.Dave makes training fun and and creates a individual program that challenges you. Due to lockdowns we've done some outdoor training sessions and these have been just as good as the ones in the gym

My experience with Dave has been fantastic, starting as a complete beginner. He has from the start made my exercises fun and engaging while also taking into account my personal needs and goals, as well as being able to adapt to my needs as they change over time.
