Absolutely incredible. We chose to have the $65 chefs choice because the food options all looked so beautiful, we couldn’t decide. 100% recommend the cocktails as well - so delicious!

Lunch at Bambu today best pork gyoza's with a light xo sauce. Would come back for these again. Salmon carapicco was very tasty, bao were nice. Fried cauliflower with a sarracha mayo. Char kway Teo, beef was delicious and succulent. All dishes were very very yummy.

First time having Bambu (visited their stall at the Jazz and Mussel festival) today.Wait was a little long but expected due to the festival. For $18, was advertised as a seafood okonomiyaki. Was pretty gooey in texture and tbh, got one mussels in the lot.

Wonderful asian cuisine. The best thing is they have Chinese, Korean, Indonesian food options all in authentic taste. We tried Nasi Goreng which was exceptional, chilli prawn dumplings were yummy and must try. Chicken Satay was alright. I wanted to try more dumplings, but was already full.

Great atmosphere nestled in the bustling South Melbourne Markets Bambu certainly doesn’t disappoint!! Flavour, spice and an array of exciting meals. Yes there is some chilli kick on allot of their foods, so ask less chilli if this is not for you. But the flavour is there and I can say you will love it either way. Whit the markets at your finger tips you have a whole day of food and shopping. Try Bambu, shout out to the team, the service was exceptional. Enjoy xxxxx

Amazing food and Amazing Service ! Personally enjoyed the BBQ Salmon Filet with the Apple Salad ! I was also surprised by the 'Tokyo Drift' Cocktail ! Will definitely come again !

Everything was so good. From customer service, to food and remembering the request I made -to get a small dessert to celebrate my friend's bday. Price is also very reasonable (we had the Bambu Feast). Thank you guys for making my Sunday afternoon so pleasant.
