Had the absolute best experience whilst at Aesop parramatta store all thanks to the beautiful Olivia!!! She’s very knowledgeable, professional, attentive and extremely friendly. Once again the best customer experience I’ve had in parramatta. Olivia deserves to be promoted!!!! Will definitely be back.

Had an absolutely excellent and warm experience from Rick at this store! He was friendly, genuine and well-versed in the range and knew exactly how to tailor my first experience in an Aesop store based on the things I said I liked, and even when I was unsure. Will come back for the great service and generous samples!

sorry if I get the name wrong but i am guessing it is spelled as Feory. She was amazing and definitely went above and beyond with her assistance. The store in itself is amazing with a lot of options.

OLIVIA!!! She was impressively well versed with all the products during the consultation with my friends and I today. She patiently introduced and educated us to many of the Aesop scents and products whilst also being sweet and friendly so it was a great experience.

Great experience at the Parramatta store yesterday. A beautiful cup of Peppermint Tea, helpful but not pushy service. A serene experience. I will most definitely be back.

I was in store browsing last week, the staff there provided unforgettable service. He nicely greeted me, offer help also gave me the freedom to explore myself at the same time. He offered me a cup of tea to try. Even though I didn’t shop this time, I’ll definitely come back because of his service is absolutely incredible.

Amazing overall experience, a big thank you to TJ honestly made our experience unforgettable, I wouldn’t know where to start in describing this amazing, genuine, bubbly human being. I recently had a wonderful shopping experience at Aesop Parramatta. Harrison was incredibly helpful and friendly, and made me and my partner feel welcome from the moment we walked in the door. Harrison greeted us with a smile and offered assistance without being pushy or overbearing.Harrison is knowledgeable about the products and was able to answer all of my questions and provide recommendations based on my needs.Overall, I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service I received on my first visit.

OLIVIA OLIVIA OLIVIA FROM AESOP MYER was soooo nice and we had such an incredible experience shopping with her! Her extensive knowledge on the products at Aesop was amazing. We got a skin consult her from her as well, she was like an Aesop skin wizard. Olivia was super friendly and funny. I will definitely be coming back to the Myer Aesop for Olivia!! :))

Was served by the lovely Olivia at Aesop Myer. Couldn't recommend this store more. Her attentiveness to my needs/budget and knowledge on all products provided for such a great first experience at Aesop. She is such a delight and genuine person... I will definitely be coming back!!!!
