Accepted money for the $65 special, about to start and apparently didn't have time to do the advertised massage, even though they shut at 6pm and it was before 4:30, false advertising to get you through the door, have had issues with accepting hicaps like others

I was in hospital for 10 days with chronic sciatic nerve pain. Today when I went there, it was so hard to walk because of the pain. I had never heard of “Magic hands “ but I left walking pain free. Thanks Coco.

Great price and excellent service. Book in advance as busy, which is understandable. I had full back massage last week and Yen had the heater on and area toasty warm and again today. Feeling much better.

Massage is lovely depending what masseuse you get, but are overcharging then what is listed on the price list.Asked for one thing and at the end charged extra for something we didnt ask for when going in.Went back in after to question it and the man was quite rude and didn’t want a bar of what I had to say when questioning the price.

Ouch! I left in tears. The pain I experienced was too much, I felt a nerve pinch. The rocks were too hot. Not a pleasant experience for what was meant to be a relaxing massage.

I wanted remidial massage 30 mins and since the massage started at 4.25pm I said ok. However Coco charged me extra $10.Coco has a good hands but need more practice or training how to do the massage. It was not definetly remedial massage and she did some 'weried' things.As mentioned, Coco has potential and was nice and friendly. Maybe I'll be back after some time to see if there is any progress.

Massage was quite painful, heatpack was over done and extremely hot and prices were way off.Masseuse didn't fulfill full time paid for and wanted to charge more money, and say 10 dollars more is okay (for same service and firm and less time)Other clients also returned during my visit and questioned why they were charged higher pricing than specified on price list.Not much privacy, probably won't go back.

What a terrible experience. The ladies in the shop would not stop talking for the whole time. The lady I had was very loud, and almost yelling in my ear to talk to the other girls. I paid for a 60 minute massage and she only went for 50 minutes. My back has never been more sore in my life. I would never go back.

All around okay, intensely painful but necessary, the reason I’m only giving 2 stars is because I paid for the full body remedial, she didn’t touch my calves or feet which I had said were the sorest, she tried to cut me down to 45 minutes instead of 60 and she charged an extra 12 dollars on top without telling me.
