I was serviced by a lady named Danya today.I usually wouldn't comment about this BUT I had cleaned my car either this afternoon and was hating myself for orderjng icecream ill need to eat in my car and have it drip around but you live once so I ordered 3 scoops. Theeee wayyyy this woman scooped my ice cream so neatly and perfectly, all 3 scoops on one cone was no issue for danya. I usually have to ask other places to stop filling up my cone or lessen it but this lady knows what she's doing. Conversation was so polite, genuine, friendly and without a doubt, the ideal customer service any business would crave for in their employees.I come here each week with my little one and the team never fails to have us walk out smiling. Thanks seaweed crew and mainly danya today xx

Unpreasantable, full of sugar syrup...used to be the best and dry from syrup...definitely quality gone down...also ma3mool not as nice as past years

I was so excited to see the new location and buy some of the amazing sweets. I tell my whole family and all my friends that SeaSweet has the best Lebanese sweets! Reminds me of back home. The staff did not disappoint. They were attentive and were organised even though the store was so busy!Loved the authentic sweets and will definitely be back again and again.

Couldn’t find our order twice, didn’t pay attention to the name I had it under despite spelling it out twice and just gave us a random cake that was close to what I asked for. We asked for the top to have fruit instead of chocolate and paid an extra $25 for it with the original order a week prior. That’s now out the window. I would complain in person again but no one knows what they’re doing and no one ever answers the phone. Buy some sweets but don’t hope to buy a cake from here.

I visited the Greenacre store today and purchased a pistachio flavoured ice cream cake.I was greeted by Sandra who was welcoming and helpful. The cake was intended as a birthday cake and although I didn’t call ahead Sandra was accommodating and assisted me by writing a birthday message on the cake.Very pleased with the cake and helpful service from the staff. I will be sure to return and can recommend this store.

Was a beautiful experience. Rima was very helpful and made a whole batch just for us. All staff was great and hygiene was excellent.No need to say how amazing the taste is ofcourse.

Very ugly service. I asked them if I can taste a little bit of there ice cream but no one bothered to answer me so I just left the store. Yes most of their sweets are very nice to eat but this isn't a good review for you, your sweets are very expensive. I mean come on... 6.90 for just one small cheesecake cup? You're out of your minds and need professional help, especially because the lady there was speaking very rudely and very bluntly. My dad was with me and started to laugh saying they have no reaction. And still they decided to put there heads down and ignore us. I mean cheer up girls, the world isn't that bad so don't over do it with the customers because you're unhappy and have no experience or good people skills whatsoever. Not only that but before I even arrived I called them and the lady was screaming at me, I mean like chill out, I was just asking you about what time you close not to jump off a cliff. Customers, please don't go to this place, it's not recommended. If you do you would be disappointed and not get the rightful service you need and will definitely get yelled at by immature young teens who don't know how to work properly. No wonder why they don't have any Customers so they have no one to blame but themselves.

The regular Arabian sweets collection. Prices $35-40 per kilogram. Crowded on weekends so not the best customer service. A bit too rushed.

Today, I visited the SeaSweet and received exceptional service from Hadel, who skillfully prepared a fantastic cup of coffee, accompanied by a warm smile and outstanding customer service. The shop was immaculate and well-organised. I had the opportunity to taste a scrumptious dessert sample, which enticed me to purchase more. I will undoubtedly return in the future.
