What a professional and caring team of vets. We needed a complicated surgery done for our dog Whiskey (cruciate ligament) and Dr. Michael Morrice performed it flawlessly. He also has pioneered a new way of doing it which gives us much better hopes for the longevity Whiskeys leg.

Caring and knowledgeable staff. Clean facility and excellent care . Highly recommended . We are very happy that our 12 week old kitten Pericles was looked after by the wonderful team after he had a fall . He has now fully recovered.

I can not rate these guys highly enough. All of the staff are amazing, and they look after my pets so well. Their care and compassion are second to none.I have seen amazing results with my cats new arthritis treatment which has given him a new lease on life.Thank you Enfield vet for all that you do!!

I have been bringing my dog here for years and always get great service. My dog gets really anxious at the vet and the staff are all very understanding and do everything they can to help him stay calm and happy. It's clear that the staff genuinely care about the animals they treat.

Dr Michael was absolutely a pleasure to deal with. He was friendly, patient, very knowledgeable and you can tell, loves what he does.The thing I appreciated was that there was no selling" or being prescribed dog products that could cost a fortune but he was able to share some products that would work for my frenchie that were avail at a human chemist which was so good to hear and it would be much more cost effective.He also applied a treatment for yeast infection into my dogs ears

Honestly I would not recommend this hospital at all. I was already having the worst day as my dog had escaped and ran to my neighbours house and they had taken him to this vet which is why I had to come to get him back.The staff member at the counter was so judgemental and rude to my partner and I, she refused to give my dog to me as it was registered under my dad with the SAME last name as me and made me call my vet to send over records to prove that I own the dog. There was absolutely no empathy towards me at all I was literally crying in front of her and she didn’t care at all. It’s almost as if she was trying to make it harder for my to get my dog.I sat there for around 30 mins just waiting for him to come out like what a JOKE.All she told me that the council will come to my house to check my fencing which was understandable. One week later I received 3 FINES in the mail totalling about $600 and I had already paid $180 to get my dog back from the vet. She didn’t tell me anything about these fines when clearly she knew they were coming to me.As feedback, next time someone comes in who’s been looking for their dog for the past 8 hours show some EMPATHY and actually care. I didn’t need the judgmental looks or all the repeat of questions that I had already answered. Please teach your staff better because this was just not good enough. I will never come to this vet again and I will never recommend this place to anyone it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I wish I knew her name so I could call her out.I would give 0 stars if I could.

Dr Michael is simply superb. Attentive and to the point in all questions I flagged. Great advice and so caring. We have also received the caring services of other vets namely Dr Greg and Dr Erika who caringly and professionally attended to our Cavoodle boy. Nurses are very gentle and helpful. Thank you for looking after our Oscar.

Great place, they always take care of Puff like he is their own pet. Highly recommend
