The guys are knowledgable, flexible, customer focused, reasonably priced and super friendly. We had an issue with our door locks and a previous car mechanic couldn't tell us what exactly was wrong even using his diagnostic computer and quoted a very high amount to fix. Attila from Caruana just listened the doors with his ear and knew exactly what was wrong, so we only had to pay for the fix and not hours of finding the issue. Attila and the rest of the team took the time to explain to us in detail what was wrong, changed etc. and also kindly fixed some other things we asked for and squeezed us in on a short notice. Very good experience, maybe one of the best we had with car mechanics/electricians and worth the drive for us from the Northern GC to Currumbin.

Life savers! My air con was not working and I was quoted $1000 from another mechanic up the road, booked in to see these guys the following day and they did the job for a quarter of the price. Highly recommend this place, honest prices and get the job done quick.Thanks guys!

Dom, what a legend and awesome business he runs. After driving around the past year with no air conditioning I decided to bite the bullet and have it looked at. Reading customer reviews plays a major part for me when looking for a service. And after reading the amazing feedback Caruana Auto Electrical got I booked my car in. And I was not left disappointed. Dom has exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to fix what was a big job. I was informed every bit of the way as to what needed to be done and assured everything was being done to keep labor at a minimum. It’s good to know I’ve found someone so honest and trustworthy within this industry, I cannot recommend these guys enough. Thanks Dom for all your hard work, it’s so much appreciated.

This business took one look at my car and said I had a leaky evaporator core and quoted $1500. When I saved up the money to get the work done, they wouldn't answer the phone, so I called someone else and got it replaced only to find out the original one I had was not leaky at all. All it needed was a small pipe replaced and a regas. Wasted $1500 based on parts and labour taking the entire dashboard out all because this scam outlet chose to diagnose my car without even looking at the problem. Go to Motolek in Burleigh Waters instead! Zero honesty here.
