Absolute love this place ,been getting my haircut with the same ladies for 14 yrs ,it all started in Ocean Reef then at the Salon.Sharon and Joy are lovely ladies and are an absolute pleasure to be around and are the best hairdressers too .I will always be a client of The Salon @ Brighton

I am surprised to read the previous review after both I and my wife had an excellent experience at this salon. I am aware that men do not take much notice of the hair trim that we are given but the experience of the staff in providing me with a good cut and the wash and head massage made the experience really different. My wifes experience was comparable with her highlights being exactly what she wanted and the pampering she felt really made the experience enjoyable for a first time visit.Both of us would recommend this salon

Wonderful talented staff. I have been going to both of The Salon stores for the past 8 years. Every visit has been an excellent experience.

First experience was great but second .. initial trim was like nothing was done and to rectify it she cut it so short it looks terrible. Haste makes waste. Not happy.

I went to Salon and was unhappy with colour and haircut.My sister contacted them and they made an appointment to rectify the problem.This was handled badly and I left still unhappy and with a headache.The cost was $185 and a lot of my time.I will include photos so you can see for yourself.Again Sharon was contacted to let them know unhappy still with cut and colour. I look 10years older.Sharon said she would contact me,this was over 2 weeks ago. Hence the review to make people aware as they don’t seem to care if their clients are unhappy. In the times we are dealing with that is alot of money for a bad result.

Absolutely love The Salon, wouldn't go anywhere else

I highly recommend The Salon! Everyone is super friendly & professional and the owners are hands on and very accommodating. I have been a client for many years and always look forward to seeing them all. Thanks so much ladies, you are all AMAZING!
