I have a 2014 Volkswagen transporter modified for my disability, I found that no insurance company would insure my vehicle due to my predicament however Blue Badge Insurance were more than happy to insure me at 241 dollars a month, talk about taking advantage? I've been trying to call them for two days now just to update my payment details and have waited over an hour and left countless voicemails all to meet with sheer silence, very disappointed!

They will do anything to get out of making a payment. I waited so long as they expected me to get a police clearance for a small bump on the back of my car. Shocking customer service. I have never experience such a bad experience with an insurance company!

Thank you Blue Badge. My car broke down on Saturday 22/1. I rang roadside assistance and was given excellent service by the young lady. I was told there would be a wait of up to 1 1/2 hours but the mechanic was very friendly and had me on my way in about 40 mins. Thanks again Blue Badge.Shaun Evans.

Worst service ever!Waiting on the phone for 30 minutes before someone answers.Two weeks for them to get the car assessed.I don’t recommend them

I left a message to enquire about mobility scooter insurance. They called back and I didn't initially recognise the name. When I did, I said is this about the scooter insurance, the thing up on me.

Unfortunately my wife had an accident yesterday. Since then I have made 4 calls to the claims department to try and get through. I have been on hold for 30 mins each time until a recorded message states that they are really busy and that I should leave a message (I have left 3 messages, over the two days, with no return call yet!!)I did get through to the new policy department, which surprise surprise, are available immediately for anyone who wants to start a new policy with them. But all they could do was transfer me to the same queue.This is very disappointing and the complete opposite to the promise on their website of being committed to providing a fast and fair insurance claims service in your time of need. You can count on us" !I can see why people stick with the big insurance companies who can handle the amount of clients they have."

I refer all my clients to Blue Badge as it's rare to find an insurer to insure the Import factory Manufactured Wheelchair Access Cars. I have been referring for over 5 years with no complaints from my clients. I think it's important to acknowledge another business with positivity when it's due.

No problems. (Although,never had to make a claim.)Had my car and mobility equipment insured with them for a few years.

Terrible insurance!!!! Please beware and stay away from Bluebadge insurance !! Useless, never answer their phone, no answer from emails either. Won’t ever go back to them! Thanks to a friend who did a very small accident with my car and now I’m aware with who I’m dealing and just in time to move over to another insurer.
