If I could rate Di more than 5 stars I would!!! I’m so lucky to have met and worked with her for my eco wedding recently. It was so important that our flowers: from the bouquets & buttonholes, to the table arrangements, were zero waste, local and seasonal and it is definitely the ethos that Dragonfly & Magnolia is all about. Di herself has such an eye for design and detail and we loved everything on the day - so too did our guests!! She is such a dream to work with and it’s always the best feeling to support a local, small business. I’ve since gone back to order bouquets and arrangements for bdays, Mother’s Day and get well soon gifts and you can bet I’ll be back for more - could not recommend her enough!!!

I ordered flowers last year for delivery for my mum's birthday on a set date. The florist wasn't able to receive the roses in time so sent me an email saying they were going to send out the flowers a day late. I asked for a refund which I promptly received. However I'm very disappointed they didn't call or text me to ask if I'm OK for a substitute flower type so I could get delivery on the same day so rated 3 stars.

Great customer service and lovely range of flowers. I ordered my flowers from the website and Di was very helpful. She created a beautiful bouquet and had them delivered on time. Di is an eco-florist so flowers are fresh and in season. Highly recommend!

All I can say about Dragonfly & Magnolia is thank you for the beautiful flowers you created for my mother on Mother's Day. We did not expect it to be so beautiful and so affordable. I could not recommend Dragonfly & Magnolia more highly. Such beautiful flowers, wonderful quality and amazing customer service from Dianna! I purchased a mixed native and floral arrangement to be my bridal bouquet as well as a few flowers for my hair, and some buttonholes for my husband and groomsmen. Dianna was absolutely wonderful from the get go, great at communicating and suggesting options for us, very transparent and made great recommendations. All flowers were gorgeous, fresh and stunning quality at a very affordable price. I love that Dianna works sustainably and only uses flowers sourced from Australia, ensuring their quality and they actually have a scent! My bouquet lasted a week and a half in a vase so I could enjoy them after my wedding day too!Thank you so much Dianna for providing us with such genuine care and attention. You made sure our flowers were flawless and we were thrilled with the results. Thank you for taking care to let me know how to dry the bottom of the flowers so I wouldn't get water on my dress, and letting me know how to hold best for photos it as I went down the aisle. I will definitely be seeing you next time I am in need of any flowers.

My mother lives in Peakhurst, I've lived in Suffolk UK for 30 years. I've used the service of many other florists over the years, none of them even come close to Dragonfly & Magnolia. The arrangements are always spectacular, they might not be the cheapest, but why you send someone you love an average bunch of flowers. Honestly, this business is the best.
