Extremely fast & reliable service.My gas hot water unit needed to be replaced so via a simple Google search I came across Craig's Gas & Plumbing.From the time I called to the completion of the job, the total turn around time was under 4 hours on the same day. Yes that's right 4 HOURS. Fantastic service.The new unit was neatly installed & my old unit was also removed for recycling.Even the pricing was excellent.5 Star service all the way.

The plumber from hell. Had a small slow leak in my front yard pipe. After supposedly fixing it, the slow leak became a torrent and they were demanding and pressuring me for payment!!!! I will be considering taking legal action for the damage that they caused!

I had a great experience with the their gas heater service. The serviceman and assistant were both very polite and helpful. So, I had 4 heaters I wanted to be serviced for the first time in many years (guilty), and they did a great job. The booking was easy, and they were very accommodating about finding a time that fit my work schedule. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

I highly recommend this company if you're looking for a gas heater installation. They were easy to contact and book, and they arrived on time. The installation happened quickly and smoothly, taking all the necessary Covid safety precautions. I'm now recommending them to all my family and friends!

After as stressful few day with a job done by another company, Craig's Gas and Plumbing came to save the day.I am not in the habit of writing a review but when the service is this good I couldn't resist. I only spoke to the owner Craig Long over the phone and e-mail he was great to deal with ... his staff that attended my property Devon and the other young colleague were very professional, easy to communicate and very helpful.Thank you for restoring my trust in this industry.See you in two years for the next biyearly safety inspection.Amanuel

New heating system installed as a replacement is much less efficient than the old one. When we were advised of the need for a new unit there was no mention that the replacement model would be less efficient nor that the control panel would be inferior. We paid to have a replacement not an inferior unit and control panel. There was no mention of the inferior quality until after it was installed.Quote requested for a new hot water system not sent in a timely manner, even after a reminder phone call.

Craig was fast in getting a quote to me and getting his boys on the job the next day. The tenants were stressing that they would freeze without the heating. Reece and his offsider were polite and efficient and price was great value for such a professional service. Would definitely use again and highly recommend
