We always go to the Goodna Dominos and they are generally good but tonight we were very disappointed because we ordered Garlic and cheese scrolls and definitely paid for them but they only made the pizza plus we were charged for the scrolls.

Always doing their best and super friendly staff and drivers. Occasionally pizzas aren’t perfect but they have a ton of orders per day. Be patient and friendly and they will be patient and friendly too!

Absolute disgrace, I'm sure the girl being the pizza cutter thought she was doing a top job, but reality is, if you are not paying attention to what pizza you are cutting and then just boxing it, and stacking them on the trolley so staff have to open the boxes 10 times plus, to see what pizzas they are, you are not doing a good job. Staff had no idea what orders were what, the girl cutting and boxing patois no attention to any orders unless they were deliveries. Deliveries were being prioritised, waited for over an hour and basic pizzas had to be remade. Pizzas were left to go cold and sit in the pile as pictured for 20 minutes. Will definitely never go back

My order was late by like 30min so I called to ask how long they think it might be they would pick up the phone and then hang up. I called 5 times and everytime they kept hanging up

Bought two pizzas for pick up. The girl who was just walking around the front counter putting things away obviously can see that I'm there at the counter but never acknowledged or even stopped what she was doing to attend to a customer. There were many staff on. I felt sorry for the older man who was limping that walked all the way from the back just to serve me and all it was, was a simple pick up order. Something that clearly the young lady walking around could've done & then she could've resumed her duties. I don't know what team work means there but I sure didn't see that tonight.

Discussing. Why would you, as a person who made the pizza, place an obviously burnt to the crisp pizza in a box, out for delivery???? The worst pizza experience I have ever had. The person who made this, and or boxed it, should be ashamed. Obviously no pride in their job. Look for another career that doesn't involve food or any other type of quality control.

This Dominos is by far the WORST Dominos store. The manager, Kaitlyn, abused me when I questioned how they managed to give away 7 of my ordered pizzas to a random person. I waited over 45 minutes for them to be made, to turn up to the store to no order. We were offered no partial or full refund because apparently the order was too expensive to refund. Our pizzas turned out half raw, minimal toppings and quality less then satisfactory. The other staff member became aggressive and abusive, swearing at me, with other customers watching on in shock. The manager claimed it was not her problem, her staff member handed out nearly $80 worth of pizzas, and there was nothing she could do, other then make me wait a further 20 minute for new pizzas to be made. The manager aggressively threw the baking tray across the store in a fit of rage. The manager also was not compliant with the current COVID-19 safe mandatory face coverings as she had it under her chin, whilst in the store. When questioned why our food was being prepared without a face covering, she claimed it wasn’t needed because the oven is 300 degrees and that her staff do not have COVID-19.
