First time Customer who has waited nearly 3 months for a small order with a distinct lack of communication and care from this company. After numerous e-mails, phone calls and a visit to the office nothing changed. Very disappointed by the way we have been given the run around. This is not the way to keep customers or enhance your reputation.

My Son needs the club sport uniform to be involved in his chosen sport at school. I have been consistently even before Easter trying to order it and still have had no success. Ordered it and several weeks later get advised that they are refunding me the total order as they do not have enough orders. After spending $150 myself on this - Isn't that enough money for them to make it happen!! Their service sucks and all they keep doing is referring me back to my Son's school to take it up with them. It's not the school's issue it's yours!

This is the worst experience I have had ordering jersey in 8 years, there is no communication at all as the customer I have had to do all the chasing. The flipint attitude that comes with requests proves that they do not care about their customers. The stock we were supplied 20+ weeks after the order was faulty and had to have names resealed, they then damaged some of the returns which they said they would supply at no cost it is now 12+ weeks and we still do not have the replacments. Very poor service and attitude.
