Over a few years have had several repairs expertly done here on Apple and Samsung devices, and always impressed with the modest serviceman who never over-charges. Also has a wide range of protective covers of good design at a fair price.

He was very fast BUT bad replacement...He charged 350 to fix screen and to fix the back of my phone, he also chucked in a phone case...2 weeks later I take the phone case off to put in new sim. Just by taking of the tight fitting case both the top of my screen and the back cracked!!I notice the back was made from cheaper plastic than the origional . Very disappointed.

Had to get my Oppo R11s repaired because of a cracked screen. First attempt to replace the screen ended up with half of the phone being black and unable to log into my phone for a week and had to use a loan phone from the shop. Second attempt to replace the screen was better but now the front facing camera is now unusable. Maybe it is because my phone is older and parts are less readily available, but overall experience has been frustrating.

Fairly disappointing experience with smart tech, had a galaxy note 9 with a cracked screen which was promptly fixed on the day, only to get the phone home and was unable to charge phone via port, mind you never had this problem until smart tech took it apart...Over the phone it was agreed to fix this issue, after fixing this problem a week later I was charged for battery port replacement part? What an absolute joke the phone was charging fine until smart tech took it apart, the phone itself is only 3 months old!?

Had a broken screen and went to get it replaced. I had my Samsung for 18months without a break until a piece of metal landed on it and smashed it. Got my screen replaced here for it only to break again a day later from literally nothing! Took it in to Samsung for them to tell me genuine glass wasn't used and my warranty is void. They also were the same price for genuine glass replacement, so I don't understand why these guys can justify charging the same for inferior glass. (I didn't think to go to Samsung first as they are usually much more pricey) I called these guys and asked for proof of the glass being genuine, but they cannot provide any proof! STAY AWAY!
