We came with a hunter valley wine tour for lunch and subsequent wine tasting. The lunch was average - to be expected for the size of the restaurant and their function as stop for an all inclusive tour. But the wine tasting was real fun. We also ended up buying some of the best things on our tour - their feta garlic and their labnah spread. Excellent with many wines ;-)

Both my wife and I were taking a break from our busy schedule. We wanted to just enjoy each other's company and enjoy a farmstay" vacation. We enjoyed the atmosphere and peace from our normal busy lives and we both had the time to renew our relationship and to get back what a beautiful relationship should be. Highly recommend the 4 Pines at the Farm - Hunter Valley.you will find yourself and your relationship with the one you love.We will be going back.Ron & Mia"

The restaurant / bar is very conveniently located near the accommodation and has a good selection of wines. The food was lovely and service very good.The views were beautiful, overlooking vineyards and farmland. The rainbow photo was taken from the large deck.

Lunch in a Brewery on a clear blue sky weekend is always a great idea. Besides the frothy beers, great tasting paddles and crispy pizzas(I like a thin crust pizza loaded with filling), there is always comedic tipsy patrons watching. It's always a pleasure as long as there is no fist flung.

Turned up half an hour early for our booking, but we were seated immediately and the gentleman looking after us went out of his way to ensure we had our own pizza made. Kept asking me if everything was good, made great conversation, drinks (for me) came promptly. As a single mum with two rowdy boys, we felt so welcome and then to top it off, I was so excited to find out I could take a glass of wine back to my room. I can't fault anything. Everyone was so patient and made me feel so at ease even though my boys were full of so much energy. Thank you to the very oh so sweet and warm gentlemen who looked after us. You made us feel welcome even whilst everyone else was so quiet. Now just chilling in my room finishing my drink. Legend!

Great beer selection. Food though, not so much, I don’t expect pub meal size portions, but I do expect to at least get a semi decent sized meal. Everyone at our table who order pork belly was disappointed. At first when it arrived in front of them they had a confused look and the straight after it was a “surely this is a joke” look.How can a main be the size of an entre?Quality over quantity right ? Unfortunately no.Staff are very nice and friendly and helpful to explain the beers though.

Every time we stay or pass through the hunter valley, we stop in At 4 Pines for lunch and sit outside for the great atmosphere. In May was the first we stayed at 4 Pines, arrived late and out early so we missed the activities, next time. We booked the restaurant in winter last year and being midweek, it was quite and we hand time to have a real good talk to the staff and we had a really great time.

Massive brewery, ended up there for lunch followed by wine tasting. The burgers were pretty good, the staff was super friendly and the service was excellent. The wine tasting especially when crowded can be a miss coz you can't hear a thing... Nevertheless worth a visit

The facility itself is very nice. Service was good too, but I was not a fan of the burger I purchased. Looked great, but no flavour. Also there was some grained mustard which I wasn't aware that is included which I found was not to my liking. Everyone we were with enjoyed their food, so perhaps it's my own personal tastebuds out of whack. But well worth a visit and a great selection of 4-Pines beers on tap.

It was a wonderful experience for us and parents. Eamon (the manager at the 4 Pines) is great and recognised us for our booking. He personally welcomed and greeted us and provided excellent service. Love their beer collection. The refreshing pale ale is worth a try. Would definitely recommend to visit if you are visiting Hunter Valley
