I visited Granville branch to discuss my banking options. The team were very welcoming and I was greeted by the concierge as soon as i walked in. This is the worst branch of cbaEvery week end they shut down there deposite ATM.Did so many complaints but they have multimillionaire problems to solve so they never response.If can't give service REMOVE IT.

It has been my very pleasant experience to open a business trust account in this Granville branch. Their CS Specialist Roscelia Morris is very friendly and patient in helping me open two business accounts. The process is quite complicated but she patiently guided me throughout the procedure. I was fortunate to have her helping out because she listened to me and process my application diligently. It would be great if Commonwealth Bank keep training more helpful staff like Roscelia. / Daniel Chan
