Quick friendly service to replace broken windscreen. Handled all the paperwork with insurance company.Hopefully I don't need to go there again, but if I do receive another cracked windscreen due to council road works, it will be O'Brien's that I will be seeing

Had my bonnet damaged during a windscreen replacement. I understand that accidents happen, but when I spoke to the business owner he was rude, aggressive, arrogant and belittling. Speaking to 2 of his staff, they also commented that he is always like it and does not work with people well at all.Avoid dealing with this business as the owner doesn't deserve anyone's business.

Haven’t had my appointment yet but Kate and Melissa from the auto glass call centre were amazing and extremely helpful to my inexperienced self, and being a young woman it made an anxious phone call a lot more comfortable
