Cody did my cut and colour. It was my first time trying foils and since my hair was brittle from a health condition, he suggested being cautious and sticking close to my natural hair colour (black), with brown highlights. I appreciate that Cody took the time to listen to my concerns and that he ensured my hair was protected from further damage. The cut itself was well executed and I have received many compliments on my subtle yet sophisticated new hair colour. I will be back to try something with a bit more of a wow factor, once I’m recovered.

This is a big shout out to Cody at Fez Concept Salon in Balwyn. I had been with my old hairdresser for over 10 years but after three bad haircuts in a row I decided it was time to move on. I phoned Fez Concept Salon and Cody answered. He was very friendly and professional on the phone and very up-front about their services and the cost; even giving me a quote over the phone so there would be no surprises. When I went for my appointment, Cody listened carefully and explained his recommendations for my very fine and thinning hair. I left with one of the best haircuts I have ever had and a colour that looked natural and made me look much younger! I have since had three haircuts and colours with Cody and I have left with exactly what I wanted every time. Moreover, the cuts and colours are so natural and long-lasting that I haven’t had to go to the hairdresser as often. What I really like about Cody is that he is extremely professional and well-educated in all things hair. He is continually learning and striving for excellence, making him a leader in his field. Another bonus is that the salon uses Aveda products and is committed to sustainability. Great haircut by Cody, feeling happy with the look and feel. The chair/recliner was comfortable when having my hair washed, it had a massage setting and was relaxing. Not to mention the hair wash and massage by one of the salon ladies who was friendly and down to earth. It was great that I was also able to purchase Avedo products that they had in stock. Great first impression, thank you Cody and the team.

Cannot recommend Fez highly enough! From my first appointment about a year-and-a-half ago, Cody, Sarah, and the Fez team have always made me feel comfortable and welcome. They've always answered any hair questions I have, no matter how silly I might feel my questions are. They're also frank about whether a colour or style is actually achievable with my hair, and are open about the costs involved. Definitely appreciated when on a student budget!

Cody is amazing! I went in with dry, damaged hair and an unfortunate hair trim...thanks, Covid! :'( he not only gave me a bunch of helpful tips and advice, I walked out with a brand new wash-and-wear haircut that 3 weeks later still looks like it was just styled! He does not hold back, he'll tell you like it is - and that's exactly what I needed :DHighly highly highly recommended!

Fantastic Salon and Service. Been coming to Fez for over 10years now after a friend referred me. Sarah is so wonderful, as is Cody and all the staff. Very accomodating and they know their stuff. Whilst the salon is run professionally it is also a very warm and friendly place. My daughter wouldn't go anywhere else! Those I have since referred are just as happy as I am. I highly recommend if you are looking for a new hairdresser give Fez Concept Salon a go!

I was so nervous about cutting my hair for the first time in a Long time! My stylist CODY was unbelievably patient professional and made it such a wonderful experience for me!! I have already booked in my next appointment. He has the knowledge and expertise and he won my confidence the minute I sat down. I’m also a fan of AVEDA and Cody has been using these products for over 14 years! It really helps when your stylist knows the products you use and can educate you better. I would absolutely recommend this salon. It also is cosy and has a great vibe. They are very particular about hygiene and I greatly appreciate that. Thank you Cody and thank you FEZ salon !!! ❤️❤️❤️

Terrible experience. The woman was running late and made me late for my next appointment by half an hour. My hair looked awful, like an amateur had done it. I would have done a far better job myself. Do not ever go to this salon.

Had a long overdue hair appointment for a cut and brighten up of the colour. Did think I would have a really short hair cut due to my very fine hair, however Cody convinced me that a good cut of my original shape would give my hair body and make it look less thin and whispy.Well, he was spot on! With a great head of foils and an amazing cut my hair looks refreshed, thicker and much easier to manage.Fabulous work Cody! Thank you.
