Great burgers, always fresh, plenty of seating inside and out around the food court opening times are different to what is advertised above. I was served at 9am as they offer a breakfast meal but also you can get a fresh burger, service with a smile .

The food was great. I ordered my food, had to wait for about 2 minutes and the employee still apologized for the long wait, so great customer service! Definitely reccomend this for a quick meal instead of kfc or maccas

The staff were at a running pace to keep up with orders. Broken drinks fridge meant they had to run even further for drive through drinks. The dine in section is quite large and in desperate need of a refresh and a deep clean. If more staff were available then service would run more smoothly. I understand that the staff ratio is determined by the customer numbers, however, working at a running pace is dangerous and puts the store on the back foot when it comes to the important things, like customer service and cleanliness of the store.

Waiting around for 15 minutes, before telling me they lost my order. Rude service, and girls on the registers are inattentive and obviously don't want to be thereYou want me to spend more of my time, duplicating my review on your feedback page? Can you send me billing details, so I can invoice you for my time.

just stood at counter for 5 minutes with out being acknowledged. so I went to KFC next door .. oportos you just missed out on selling 4 large Bondi meals

Did not provide any serviettes saying they had none.Chips were too small for a $17 meal. Bad service.

For the second time I asked for fresh chips, they where freshly cooked but only half cooked.Very disappointed staff should know how to cook chips properly.I won’t be going back.

My favourite chicken restaurant. I usually get a chicken burger or chicken strips and they are very good. The service is also great and they are always fast
