Bill you are a legend! Had a herniated disc in my lower back (from heavy lifting in the garden) and after three months of severe sciatica pain and immobility I was just about ready to take the steroid injection route. Then I went to see Mr. William Hinds at Palmwoods Physio. After some months of lumbar mobilization, dry needling and a careful exercise regime I'm now free of pain and back to 97% mobility. Feeling stoked! Thanks for all your help Bill.

I highly recommend Royce and the Palmwoods Physio team. Not only have they have helped me with numerous injuries of my own over the years but they have also taken care of every client I have sent them. They really care about their clients and their rehabilitation and are fantastic at creating a long term plan to not only fix any injuries or pain but to help prevent it again in the future.
