Staff are amazing and helpful. The lady who served me didn't stop the search for a pair of shoes that fit me when I mentioned it would be highly unlikely to find a fit. In the end I walked out with 2 pairs that fit beautifully at the very end of the bug feet scale.

Aidan was fantastic knew exactly what I wanted and exactly whereabouts in store pants were. Very friendly young man.

The lady who I typically see working the checkout is very helpful and nice. Store is clean and organised. Clothes are SO comfy and the best quality in this price range.

Occasionally get great shoes from here for a good price. Clothes aren't really my style, though, and when I have tried things on they don't tend to fit me very well. The service is always professional

Crowded products displayed in no order. Staff were more interested in talking between themselves than helping customers. Left without buying anything.

They stock some gear that is a but better than the department stores like shirts and jackets but their shoes are terrible. Twice I've bought shoes there when I've been desperate and neither times did they last more than a few weeks before the soles came away.Their staff are friendly enough but their POS system seems a bit tedious and slow. The store can be quite filthy on the concrete floor, so much so that it was slippery with dust and left my socks completely black form trying on shoes. Their change rooms have broken and missing locks and the not everything is priced. Their is certainly a lack of care factor there.They put everything into plastic bags, even when I asked them not to and said you can recycle it by using it as a bin liner".... she was to insistent to warrent an argument but listening would have been nicer. Overall I'd say that like a petrol station

Great range of clothing and very helpful staff. Prices are quite good but quality can be a bit hit and miss sometimes. Great location being close to a major shopping centre but having your own separate parking area. A public toilet would be very handy plus wheelchair access

I love Rivers. The clothing is for all casual neat occasions and kicking back and looking tidy. The shoes and boots are also a favourite of mine good quality and some half price or $10 upwards. At the moment I visited the Elizabeth Store and it was well worth it.Their staff are friendly and polite.

I love going to Rivers the reason is that I personally don't like shopping for clothes. But they've made it easy, especially for a bloke like myself the sizes are color-coded on the coat hangers. So as soon as you work out. What size you are Then all you do is walk through pick up the colours because you like what's on the front hanger. And then go out pay for it. And get another surprise. It's all incredible. Good prices
