This gym has a great atmosphere and culture. The trainers are boxers/ex boxers so they all know what they are talking about. There are classes for all ages and fitness levels, it's also very laid back welcoming, I love this place

1st time there today with my 11yr old stepson. Very friendly, informative staff/trainers. Well equipped gym with a good feel about it.
