As a landlord we would not do business with them again, advice to other landlords is to go with a mainstream agency as we have with other properties.We started with them in 2016 and initially appreciated the attention to detail they provided in relation to the property and selection of tenants.Over the last few years we found them to have quite unreasonable expectations for us as landlords and for our tenants. There were also a number of matters where they could not source maintenance services for work and I had to make arrangements myself.They cancelled their management contract with us over a minor issue soon after we confirmed we intended to sell the property, left us having to self manage the last few months of the final tenancy.Provided a poor reference to new agents for our final tenants after two years prior they insisted we select them over our tenants of preference. There were no issues of concern for us during their tenancy.Avoid them and stick with the mainstream agencies.
