Good service but garbage quality food the grilled fish is so dry you can almost choke on it the prawns are absolutely horrendous they taste like sewerage water I won't buy from here again the only good thing is the fried calamari and salad selection

Today was the first time I have tried Mr Seafood and chose due to high rating. Unfortunately, when my food arrived, although it looked pretty good, I could not eat more than the 1 potato scallop that was so oily it started to make me feel unwell. The chiko roll and spring roll were not cooked properly and the pastry was raw on the inside along with the filling. The most disappointing however were the fish cocktails and rice. The rice was not fresh from today and tasted stale and there was something wrong with the fish. The taste and also smell were not right and I actually spat out the first bite of the fish cocktail and could not even eat it. I even got my son and daughter-in-law to smell the fish and check the food and they told me it was no good and to bin it. I am not one to call a business to complain as I know so many are doing it very tough nowadays with all the COVID restrictions in place. However, as a first time customer, I opted to call the shop to let them know that I could not eat the food, it is far too oily, and to check on the fish they are using today for the fish cocktails as I thought it may be a bad batch. The gentleman I spoke to was fair in listening to my complaint however was in disbelief telling me he could not understand as this has never happened before. He did accept that the pastries may not have been cooked properly but was adamant that the fish should have been fine - which it was not. Unfortunately I will not be buying from Mr Seafood again and I do hope that my experience was the exception.

Salmon was amazing taste , great portion size cooked to perfection . Staff were very frindly and helpfull .

Generally good but at times like today the communication between the cook and the order taker can be poor my order had the skin still left on the fish when I clearly asked for it not to be frustrating when your really hungry

This business 100 percent has nothing to do with seafood just ordered take away grilled snapper fish and other cocktails fish and chips I end up chucking everything in the bin even the tasteless spun-gee big pack of chips and had to eat something else instead I couldn’t eat this rubbish don't bother with this business mr seafood my arseCHANGE YOUR BUSINESS PLEASERubbishTFEHHHHH

I wish I could give them 0 stars as the food was absolutely disgraceful. I threw away the lot of it. I ordered flathead fillet that was clearly not flathead but basa. Also 2 Tasmanian scallops that I ordered, 1 scallop had a shard from a bone in it. Lucky I didn't swallow it and get it lodged in my throat, also 2nd scallop wasn't even a scallop but a small minced up fish coctail. The potato scallops were raw potato which were not cooked properly. Will never go back again. Plus I asked the girl that was putting the orders together for an extra fork, so she throws it across the counter right towards my face and just carries on working. Very rude. Even other customers saw it and couldn't believe she did that. -10 stars from me. Disgusting food. Never again.
