Bateau Bay Golf Range
Simple driving range next door to the Bowling Alley at Bateau Bay. Although small, i's a fairly quiet range and I've never had an issue getting a spot. Parking is right at the tee off point and there are multiple flags at different ranges to test different clubs. 80 balls are $17 which is reasonable. There are lessons available but I haven't purchased yet. There is also some accessories that can be purchased from the shop like balls, grips etc.

What a fantastic golf range the only golf range that I know of that still lets you hit off REAL grass. Ricky really looks after the place. Take the kids get down there it is a good couple hours of fun.

Its ok but a bit expensive for a medium size bucket of balls. For an extra 2 or 3 dollars you could play an 18 hole round of golf at a numder of golf courses.

Call and ask if the ropes are up front as you only get 5 shots with your driver if they are, twice I have driven out and they are up front. One other person on the range all the way up one end and I still couldn't go to the other side and move back to hit driver... that's what I go there to do! Not putt and chip.

Great place to practice your golf. Good distance markers. Fair price for the practice balls. Excellent staff who are very polite and helpful.
