Change your hours !!!!!!..... My partner is in serious pain and her doctor ordered new medications . We rang to arrange pick up , but no one at this store told us the hours had changed so when I arrived at 6.10pm I was greeted by rude, dismissive staff as they locked the door. We have no staff"...... "Why don't you change your website so people would know?...... "we're too busy"....... thanks for nothing."

Worst chemist warehouse I have been too. Small dirty and the old lady pharmacist behind the counter was the rudest lady I have had to deal with. She was soo rude I had to leave without purchasing what I needed.

I visited just 10 min ago, one of pharmacist was extremely terrible rude x10000000. Please I hope nobody experience like me. Like her mention, I know they are all the time 'busy'. But it is not right. EVERYONE IS BUSY AS WELL.

Always low/no stock!! Went there sick to get thread items. Everytime I showed a screenshot of the item to the girl at the checkout I got the same answer They have it on Greensborough"! Well why waste my time and make me come there if you got nothing in stock. Shelves are empty

Amazing customer service. Always so helpful and take the time to explain scripts and recommend products. I was unwell in the store a few weeks ago and a beautiful lady took care of me until she knew i was well enough to get home. What a wonderful comfort this lady was. Sorry i can't remember her name. Beautiful Pharmacy. ❤

The store is well organised and the customer service is amazing, with the staff being so knowledgeable and helpful around my situation and sorting through the wide variety of products. Especially Ann who assisted me and went above and beyond, thank you so much! A fantastic experience and I will be back for sure!

I am motivated to send a big shout out to Lyn, the pharmacist at this CW. I have a family with some complex medical needs. She has always treated me and my family with such care and respect. I have seen her with a long cue of people, under so much stress, keep calm and treat every single customer with the dignity they deserve. She is so valuable to the community. The rest of the staff are great too but Lyn is a stand out! Thank you so much, you are seen and valued!

I have been to this pharmacy on multiple occasions and have received nothing but great service. The staff have always been so friendly and helpful, especially when I have been feeling unwell. They are definitely experts in their field and always able to answer any questions I have.
