The receptionist was so kind and accommodating. The facility is indeed affordable, clean and tastefully styled that is inviting and comforting. Pool looks wonderful from our balcony. Sad we missed out on eating at the restruant as it's their Christmas holidays as we have heard good things, but we will be back when we visit Sydney. Thankyou for having us

No it did not the aircon didn't work there was not enough blankets there was no electric blanket even though they said there was and there was no oven and the receptionest was rude and have me weird vibes but the other receptionist stephenie was lovely

Not only did the front desk have some of the most disrespectful staff, the rooms were filthy. Black mould all over the shower, cobwebs and dust everywhere + didn’t have a working heater in the middle of the cold season. Luckily I only stayed for 1 night, but wouldn’t recommend it.

Such a shame a once great restaurant really gone down hill. Over cooked scallops so rubbery that they could not even be swallowed, dairy product on a dish that tasted rancid and spoilt and an over cooked piece of fish and under cooked asparagus dish for $40. It is a real shame have been there up to 8 times previously and have always been overwhelmed by the quality however not sure if they have changed chef but has gone downhill since the last experience.

Been here heaps of times for accommodation as well as for restaurant and bar. This place has a perfect vibe that is warm and welcoming and somewhat homely.Great staff, great food, good rooms and a very relaxed ambience.

This accommodation is excellent value. We booked a family room which was very spacious and had all of the amenities one could need. The pool was a real hit. The service was friendly and efficient. At the mid-week time we were staying, the restaurant was closed.

Amazing little hidden gem. The staff are a lovely welcoming team.The restaurant being the their unsuspecting crown jewel. This place gives me warm country home vibes and the food is A+++

My newly-wed husband and I stayed here for 2 nights after our wedding day the spa was amazing staff was very polite the be was very comfortable and the room was very cosy will definatley be staying again

Really, really love the Hermitage. Stayed there about six times the last few months, will be staying heaps more the next few years. The rooms are fantastic. Really large, old, somewhat quirky decor, which I find appealing, some people won’t. Some people will be disappointed by, no microwave in most rooms, no breakfast, no room service. Doesn’t bother me, I just love the rooms, decor, layout of the place etc

Not a good experience! The rooms were not cleaned properly and the bathroom had mold, there were stains, the heaters didn’t work, balcony doors were left open with hand prints not wiped and the staff was the most disrespectful staff I have ever met. Don’t recommend!l
