Peter was absolutely amazing! Called to see if he could come have a look at my washing machine. He talked me through what to check over the phone, and then told me what we needed to do without even coming to look at it and saving us a call out fee. I was having some issues with our refrigerator making 'ticking' sounds. I removed the back covering myself and found a number of issues and damage. I called Peter and asked whether it was ok to send some photos through. He was fine with this and after looking at them offered me advice over the phone. Unfortunately the fridge doesn't sound repairable, but he was very polite and honest over the phone. This saved me having to have a technician around and having a service charge. Thank you so much Peter.
