This was unexpected but my first visit here was my best hair cut experience I ever had...The stylists were extremely, friendly, open and skilful, my cut was absolutely perfect and I appreciated how much my advice was taken to the letter. Luther the resident mini schnauzer melted my heart and I just wanted to book a permanent subscription as soon as I saw that the cost was so reasonable for the incredible experience I had.Businesses that are run this well (great CRM too) and have developed a culture like this yield magical experiences and what can I say? I’m sold.
