The team at Cam Duffy’s look after my vehicle like it was their own. I get my servicing completed on my new car, and if anything regarding warranty comes up they refer me back to the dealer. Love the customer service provided every time.

During a few days stay at the van park, dash warning lights appeared. Being the local RACQ service reps, Glen from Cam Duffy Motors came to assist. After picking up the car, sourcing the part and rearranging work, the job was completed by COB the same day. All the staff were very pleasant and thoroughly professional. Thanks folks.

Had someone I know try to call in to book their car to be looked at. The lady said they don’t have time.If you don’t have time then don’t bother being open and the reception lady needs to get a dam reality check.was rude AF.

Patrick is amazing! Stupidly put the wrong fuel in my car while holidaying in the area. We were fixed up with a hire car and he even went out of his way to have my car ready on a public holiday. A lot cheaper than I anticipated but the service was priceless. I can’t thank these guys enough for helping us out of a sticky situation. So grateful for everything that they did.

After braking down due to a stuffed alternator they picked me up, dropped me back to the caravan park we are staying at, dogs and all!!! Fixed vehicle and picked me up again! Absolute legends! Couldn’t ask for better service! Gotta love family owner businesses.Well done team!

Cam Duffy and his wonderful team were an absolute God-send for us when our car broke down on family holidays. Cam was incredibly helpful, professional and brilliant in his expertise. They even organized a hire car for us so we could still take the kids to swimming places while our car was being fixed. This car was in so much better condition than most of our previous experiences with hire cars through larger companies- and much less expensive! I would definitely recommend this business!

After asking the price for a service and told I’ll call you back with a price I never got a call back but the van got booked in. When dropping off the van I asked again what the price would be and I was told I dunno maybe 250-300. Picking up the van we were hit with a $370 bill and told the wipers needed replaced. This made us question the place straight away because we had replaced them ourselves about 1.5 months ago and haven’t had any problems even in torrential rain. A simple phone call asking if we wanted the new ones on would have solved this issue. I questioned it and an angry young man came out of the back and changed them back to the old ones. We were then faced with a bill slightly higher and told that she forgot to add another part on the previous bill. After the service I was told some work needed done I asked what the price for the work would be and straight away I was told “I dunno” and told after she talked to the boss she would call me with some prices, well I’m still waiting for that call. Very poor communication and left us very unhappy when leaving after a very nice visit to the lovely town of Malanda. When we jumped in the van to leave it was stinking of air freshener because our one had been knocked off of the vent and installed upside down causing it to leak into the vent. Maybe no one had noticed this but if so a simple hey sorry but this has happened would have been completely fine. This was a poor customer experience and I would not recommend using them. I think the work being done in the shop is probably fine it’s just the customer service experience dealing with the face of the company really ruined it for us.
