Had windows installed 2 years ago while I was away for work and came home to find the windows hadn’t been stained and sealed as requested. So now I have to remove windows sand down and seal myself. Greats sales pitch. bad organisation skills and even worse after care.

At the end of last year 2014 we replaced the whole back of the house with bifold doors and windows Opening up our entertaining area to incorporate the pool and wow what a transformation.( SO VERY HAPPY ) Fremantle doors Mark & his staff have done an appsoultly amazing job the area looks a million dollars. Nothing was ever a problem Mark(manager) came out to the house several times to make sure the door we put on the pool/bar was to pool safety standards the man is a genius. We now are saving up to replace all the windows in the house we were so impressed.A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER

Absolute disgrace..I had 2 front doors installed by Fremantle Doors. Prior to giving the order I found them quite attentive. After installation (and after my wife had paid them) I found they had made a mistake and the doors were not installed as discussed and quoted. Since then I have called the owner 6+ times on his mobile and left numerous messages in the office. The lady in the office has passed on the message but he doesn't return any calls. I have even said if he is not going to honor his word and his quotation just have the decency to call me up and tell me to get st*ff*d". Doesn't even have the ball$ to do that. So I guess it is off to court!!"

Fremantle Doors continue to make our home beautiful. About 8 years ago we got them to make internal solid wooden doors for our home. They were and are fabulous. This year we had front doors made with stain glass and again they produced an amazing job. They are now making doors for our limestone arched wall. They are happy to let you do the staining to cut your costs and we will continue to use them and recommend them. Thank you to Marc, Luigi, Marcella and staff

Had Mark and staff at Fremantle Doors complete 6 bifold doors in our farm shed conversion. It was the main feature and we couldn't be happier. They lived up to our expectations and the finish is fantastic. Their installer was brilliant and the quality of the product they provided was excellent. There were initial delays beyond their control but they kept us informed. Thanks for the job and will send photos once we do our deck. Cheers.

Hi Anyone who reads,We had a pretty unique experience with Fremantle Door and Windows in that we didn’t buy either a door or a window but our experience was, for me profound.We were quoted a fabulous window with gas struts, in wood and to open out into a yet to be built entertainment area. Our designer had suggested using Fremantle Doors and Window Company which we did on her recommendation. The quote came in from Michaela and we gave the ok. We paid the deposit to effect the start of the window construction. Michaela had been in touch stating the work load for the company was heavy, but she still kept us informed. I reckoned that that was the company I wanted to use as they were very busy which meant they were good. We had one of their window blokes attend to firm up the quote and turns out the window we wanted was too heavy for the structure of the wall material so we had to bail. Michaela contacted us regarding the facts and it was decided that Fremantle Doors and Windows couldn’t help us.Our deposit was promptly returned with a great note explaining what had happened. There was no qualms, no glitches for a company as busy as they are.Lesson: Get an architect to design and draw up specifications not a designer.Michaela was fantastic throughout and I definitely recommend Fremantle Doors and Windows for the ordinary and out of the ordinary windows. They did a very nice 3 panel bifold for me, great doors that have really lifted the appearance inside and out. Very nice pins and lock set, well worth the wait. The installer was fast, friendly and neat. Made sure it was a professional job. Very glad I chose them.

The job was completed to a very high standard and on time. They were very keen to understand exactly what we wanted and helped us to choose the design that gave us a great solution. This is the second project I have done with Them over 10 years. I would definitely use them again

the new front door looks fabulous! great finish; tidy workmanship; and, even though there was a bit of a wait, top service. it's good to support a local business able to provide a wonderful product.
