We recently hosted my partners birthday at Four Pillars Gin Laboratory, and I’d love to tell you all about it. From the moment we walked through the door, we were treated like old friends.Amber was so professional, knowledgeable and made sure everything I needed was taken care of. She answered all my questions and concerns promptly and she ensured the evening ran smoothly without me having to worry about a thing.The service that Simon and the team provided on the evening was outstanding. Our expectations were not just met, but exceeded.I can't say enough about how beautiful the interiors are and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Four Pillars to anyone looking for the perfect venue.

Great bar for a variety of gin cocktails. Good atmosphere and friendly staff. We were seated at the bar which was interesting to watch cocktails being made. Pricing is reasonable. We didn't have a booking but they were able to accommodate us on Saturday evening. It's a bit dark and there are some steps at the entrance so be aware. The entrance is slightly hidden and it's about 10 minutes walk from the train station.

One of the best and most happening hidden bars in Surry Hills, Eileen's Bar is located upstairs on iconic Crown Street, Surry Hills. Expect top-notch service from the young & enthusiastic crew. The unique gin cocktails are made with their own range of spirits produced at their distillery in Healesville, Victoria. The bar itself is a slick and sexy Juniper blue with subdued lighting and stylish furniture.The buzz in the air always excites out dining tour guests on arrival. We order a mezze of salumi, gooey cheese and Four Pillars Negroni marmalade to kick off the night. We have a special arrangement to exit through the gift shop" - or the Gin Shop in this instance - so our guests can buy a bottle of the gin that took their fancy or pick-up some merch. We love it when people book our Surry Hills Dining Tour because it means we get to go to Eileen's again!"

Perfect cocktails and great atmosphere. Venue doesn't have high capacity but well worth the wait. There is a bottle shop next door/downstairs if you want to get some tasty spirits for your home.

The space was even more gorgeous than expected, we were seated at the head of the bar, which had an incredible perspective down towards the other end of the space. The deep bar counter created a really intimate & moody atmosphere but still allowed interaction with the lovely staff.I personally enjoyed the seasonal G&T, negroni and bloody Shiraz the most. Highly recommend for a special occasion, or as a special “because” for anyone special in your life.
