I don't no why this place has obly 2.3stars because I absolutely love it. Felt very welcome, food and coffee amazing. Lady called Jamie behind the counter fantastic service,food is fast. Good prices, great verity of food. Keep it up guys.

My family, especially my sibling working nearby, has tried to come here often. I kept on hearing about one arrogant worker who stopped working even if he was the only one there just to have a smoke. But based on these other reviews, nearly all of the staff are unhygienic, rude, tatty and give poor quality food and drinks. I wouldn't be surprised. This rude worker has refused by sibling lunch on multiple different work days because he didn't cook it"...Because he didn't 'cook' those poorly microwaved

Don’t ask them to wipe the table down because you’ll be stared at blankly and it won’t get done.(Sunday lunch; around 1:40pm. Quite a few empty tables. Second section over the walkway not in use)Iced chocolate had no ice and was very much a room-temperature chocolate.Pretty sure it was somebody’s son processing orders at the counter and he seemed very, very young.All the tables were dirty/have smears/drinks and plates on them. Asked the dude in the t-shirt with the fade to possibly wipe the table we had picked to sit at, down and he didn’t even say anything but just stared blankly at me and shifted his eyes and turned away?The young boy with the short, curly brown hair in a black button up was the highlight. He was friendly and apologised when our burgers came out with dirty knives as they were “swamped” and came back with just one knife that was still a little dirty. He did clean the tables and floors. Just not ours but please tell him not to place the dustpan he just swept the floor with onto the top of the table he previously spray and wiped. Other than that, lovely. Helped others with questions during his duties.The couple next to us ordered eggs and they arrived prepared wrong. They were offered $10 back but the waitress was wearing a singlet and leggings?! She then also said they’re understaffed so if they know anyone looking for work, send them their way. Possibly explains the situation but we’ve eaten here before over a year ago with a less than average taste left in our mouth then too.Definitely won’t be back. Not worth the time, experience or money the second time around.

One of the worst bakeries ever. A custard berliner with barely any custard and icing that is days old. Never going back wish i could give a lower star rating

The staff is so friendly every time I go there and the coffee is always great! Food is fairly priced and the service is fast. Highly recommend :)

Second time at this place since it opened inside Colonnades, both times I've ordered the iced mocha. Today I shared a foccacia & wedges with hubby. The PRICES for both food & drink are fantastic so that for me is a plus ➕. I gave 4 stars and not less because for me today the pros out weigh the negative. There's a lot to choose from on the menu, including breakfast all day.It's ALWAYS very busy here, so clearly people enjoy the place & the food. Mostly seniors with young kids I noted today, with a few workers. They could do with a extra pair of hands this time of year - if only to keep up with table cleaning & clearing.There are plenty of different areas to sit, there are a few booths, some spaces in the mall cordoned off by barriers. The seats are all black and look nice however the tables are ugly in my opinion it makes it hard to know how dirty they are. You can see in my photos what I mean about the tables.I love the taste of the coffee in my iced mocha which is why I've ordered it twice now. I'm yet to try a hot coffee, hubby loved his chocolate thickshake today but will order it with icecream & cream if he can next time. My daughter had the iced chocolate last time she loved that too.I watched another customer leave shortly after receiving their toasted cheese sandwich - they didn't even eat it. So not sure what was wrong there. Hubby informed one of the staff members as we were leaving.(I noticed the bad reviews this place has received since it's opened, you can not always trust a review unless you have experienced the same. It's better to listen to reviews from people who have made several rather then someone who comes on to give a handful of disgruntled comments.)If you've been before, give it another try, don't go during busy times of the day.

Took 15 mins to make a hotdog and they didn't even read the slip and put sauce on it. Bread soggy. Won't eat there ever again. Also stood there getting ignored to order for 15mins

Horrible service and staff. The staff were all moody and grumpy at each other, no one knew what on earth was going on. Multiple young girls ignoring the line forming to listen to conversations between staff.Ordered and wrong food came out and things missing. A staff member taking coffees to tables whilst on a phone call, she also stood behind the counter on her phone. Coffee guy was so aggressive, kicking stuff across the floor very aggressively (not just a little kick) he was refilling coffee cups and slamming them in the counter and aggressively ripping the plastic off and throwing it around.All round shocking service and behaviour by all staff. Will not come by again

Ordered sour dough bread with sausage, egg and spinachThis is what I receivedYup those are microwave hotdogs on a burger bun…Forgot the rest. Scrambled eggs were more like a rubbery omelette.For the respect of food and your hard earned money. Avoid.It’s been 15 minutes, we’ve finished our food and still don’t have the drinks we ordered.I don’t think they’ll be around much longer with rubbish like this.
