Bought a property in Melbourne recently and hired Reliance conveyancing to complete the property transfer, turned out to be pathetically an Unreliance conveyancing.WHY: Firstly, they failed to inform me that there exist an owner’s cooperation. Failure to read the COS.When i find it out myself and raised questions to the business owner Harjot (Kate), she only did apologised and told me that she will find out more about it and let me know. After that call i never received any update from here till now and completely stopped reverting to my emails and calls. I NEVER EVEN SAID A RUDE WORD TO ANYONE OF THEM. Why block you client who has paid you for service.Failed to even copy my partner’s email address correctly. We had to deal with it on the settlement day.Customer service is absolutely absent. They would take your call and their mailbox is always full so you can’t leave a message. If alternatively you would dare sms or email them, you perhaps would not get a reply- I didn’t.Don’t risk your investment and property just coz they are little cheaper than the rest. Hire someone who can be by your side when you need them with better customer service and professionalism.
