The absolute worst nail salon I have been to. Hasn’t even been a week and three of my nails fell off because they weren’t sealed properly. They refused to fix them and we’re very rude on the phone definetly not come back

Do not recommend this nail salon cost 100 dollars for a pedi and mani the pedi they cleaned the nail nd mani they just applied the gel without cleaning the cuticles or even doing a little hand massage definitely will not use this place again

Walked out. Taking sns off, no paper towel in the bottom of the bowl. Where grinding the sns off burnt me several times and cut the side of my finger. I was done!

First of all, this nail salon disgusting. It honestly looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years, the walls, floors and equipment are just absolutely disgraceful. All equipment (nail files, clippers, the toe spreaders, and even towels) are being reused from customer to customer without any sanitation. Not only that, but I didn’t get what I asked for at all, she acted like she understood what I was asking for and then completely ruined my nails. Not happy. Will NEVER be coming back here.

Nails were meant to be $50 and charged me $62, went back and they argued more, they were very rude and rushed it, they also started half then made me wait 15 min to get it finished!

this nail salon is terrible, my nails are snapping after 5 days and they put sns on my skin causing it to rip off, i went to put on jeans and the nail snapped as well as my actual nail, i will not be back

Poor customer service leaving me to UV my own nails while they tried to take on more customers than staff...and even ended up with a toe infection! And not to forget the shoty job, nail polish is not neatly applied and they even got one of the colours wrong. HIGHLY do NOT recommend

My partner went here but doesn't have Gmail so I'm making the review on her behalf.They staff were aggressive, inconsiderate and negligent. They didn't listen or even try to replicate what she was after, when they she tried to request they try make adjustment they yelled at her, ripped off the nails and put acetone on the newly open wound. Then shouted at her for trying to remove the acetone due to the pain. All up she didn't get anything near what she was after and instead was harassed.Do no go here.

Paid $45 the first time I went here then $60 the next time for the exact same service - without being told about a price increase. Also noticed the foot spas aren’t cleaned properly in between turns. Won’t be returning
